G'day all - dear Crossy, re: NT, yes, Mr House is the President and runs all the networking divisions. About 2 months ago, NT announced a cut back of the PBX area in S.C. So, while the street has not been generous to the merger, NT strategy is to transform itself in one bold stroke. Time will tell. At least I am getting some meager dividend while I sit on the depressed stock. Tried to add position in DK 2 weeks ago, but once again, penny-wise but pound-foolish. Sooner or later I will learn <SG> SOX seems to make a comeback, especially with NOKIA still thriving, maybe your PWAV has more legs. best, Bosco
