My last message for you.

1. The tax rate is not staying at 25% forever. When it changes to 40% everyone will say, "well the reason for EPS to be flat next year is because there are no more tax credits, jeez, didn't you know that was coming? If we restate this year's EPS for a normalized tax rate, the earnings growth rate is still wonderfully high. See?" At this point you will say the the method is sound.

2. The methods to analyze the value of a company with NOLs (or any other type of tax credits) are accepted. See my comments on Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (among others) using it. Not jerky, quirky or irrational. Solidly based.

3. I never said VSIO is a bad investment. It looks like a fine investment. My only point was that it was not as fine as it might look with a quick glance.

4. You say the tax rate is the same low rate for next year as a defense of the company. On the contrary, if they could hit that target with a normal tax rate it would be quite a feat and would diffuse my comments completely. The valuation of the company would be more stratghtforward.

5. Seems like pointing out anything remotely negative is grounds to be considered an enemy. If this company was not as solid as it is, your obdurate comments would be a case of over hyping a stock.
