Thanks Jim.I currently use the non-internet PC Action direct which is modem directed.I think that Net Action is the name for the internet connection for Action Direct.Anyways when I said Net Action that was what I was referring to.
It is terribly frustrating when you call them and a stock is moving as they do not have the same sense of urgency as we do.And/or they do not seem to care.
