I can't help but take it personally when you quote me out of context ("I think it's reached the lows", when what I said was "I will buy more when I think it's reached the lows"), and reply with a personal assault like "You don't know Jack".
I am a novice investor and most of my messages about any company's future value include a statement to take what I say "with a huge grain of salt, as I base most of my investment decisions on hunches".
It's obvious you've got a problem with me, and you see yourself as doing the SI community a great service by debunking me in public, but had you put forth a little bit of effort, and checked out my personal info on SI (unlike you, I took the time to fill it out so folks would understand the source of anything I say), you'd have seen that I was very careful to debunk myself.
I was wrong when I said "it may see $3 this week", and it wasn't the first time I was wrong, and it won't be the last, I'm sure. In case you're not comfy with the intricacies of the English language, however, you should keep in mind that "it may see $3 this week" was not a false statement when it was made. Saying "it *will* see $3 this week" would've been incorrect.
What I say in here are my *opinions*, Haji, and it's not necessary to publicly expose me as an ignorant investor. It's already common knowledge. If you need further proof of that fact, my portfolio lost 4.39% yesterday, despite record highs on DJIA and NASDAQ. |
