Dear Jan: I am not that interested to go back. But my recollection is that some group (dont think it was Caputo) initially were going to include 250k shares in offering, that was then raised to 350k and ATTORNEY forgot to include. In fact the attorney has so admitted and taken full responsability ( or I should say his insurance has) to make it right--whatever that is. JDN
