actually most of these come with a reason:
ORCL: CEO was chasing women and taking long vacation. and their product sale sucks

CA: CEO pocket big bonus then issue a warning.

PSFT: missed earning expectation.

but now may be an opportunity to get in some. i actually bought PSFT at 21 since I think the selling is over done and I am expecting a rebound. and I am looking at CA and ORCL. All big companies spend less in softeware because of Y2K problem, but this is the reason to buy ORCL or CA since after y2K is fixed, the earning of ORCL and CA will up, big ways.
