Robert that's exactly what I was thinking when I said "they were afraid the price would go up". They want relatively cheap shares to give to their employees just like the first two financings. Then they can blow it day after day for the next couple years like they are doing now.

Speculation I know, but heck that's what we're here for.

(PS, they are fighting the clock because the news we are all expecting any day now is going to take this stock much higher very quickly)
