Gruder's answer to the UBAR question is disingenuous at best and a lie at worst. Did someone say that BG had lent the company $2 or $3 million? Would you lend an entity that sum of money if you did not know what A/R plus UBAR plus cash at bank equalled ?? I know I would not. On the plus side the good news is that Bob only lent the money because he knows that A/R+UBAR+cash is way more than he lent so his money is safe. If he really does not know what the UBAR figure is, Lord help us....... I am getting worried about CharlieBoy. We have almost had a joke free weekend..... del.
