Nihil, Lot's of folks have left to start up other outfits. As you are probably aware most start ups have been VC funded and they typically like to get a balanced team so the old days of when a whole traitorous group leaves is minimized due to litigation fears etc. The last high profile bunch who left AMD as a whole unit were the Cypress Semiconductor guys with TJ Rodgers. Of course there was nasty litigation and that's why it sticks in my mind. TI, MOT, Fairchild, AMD and National and Signetics and Synertek and Intel have fathered many many companies. Regards, Kash
