They are certainly moving to data networks, internet, digital voice, etc. How long do you suppose they could sit on the voice business. The market forces moved them to get the new leadership and they are moving aggressively. They will also be installing a new data network to carry voice traffic - I expect that to be bigger than the cable moves.
