Markatech Industries Corporation - Markatech Industries Corporation MKD Shares issued 8,327,149 1998-10-29 close $0.1 Friday Oct 30 1998 A Section 164 cease trade order has been issued on Oct. 29, 1998, against Robert Douglas McLean for failure to file insider trading reports with the BCSC. (c) Copyright 1998 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com It says that Doug MacLean has failed to file his reports, not that he has committed any illegal trading. I don't know if this is an oversight, or if he has actually done any insider trading. I will ask him that if I can. Ted
