I requested TWO Keogh applications from Lombard three weeks ago.
Today, I received ONE application. Obviously, they are unable to handle the rush of new accounts (over 600 daily). A representative (to whom I complained) told me that work conditions are so hectic that she dreads coming to work. Perhaps the situation at Lombard will improve one day , but for now, I am going to stay away.
