You seem to be focused on the fact that insiders aren't buying at these levels (which isn't even a solid conclusion because they have a month to report any trades they do). However, you have to look at the other side of the coin and interpret it to mean that insiders aren't SELLING at these levels... right?

Basically, I take those insider trading reports to mean jack-squat...

Next months might be interesting to see if some selling shows up on them...

But, once again... it is a common belief that insiders of mining juniors tend to do most of there trading in an un-reported fashion. So those insider trading reports may only give us a small piece of the insider trading story. (possibly just the piece that the insiders want us to see)
