Agree on all counts and just may lower my cover price. I shorted this one from a technical view, but the more I check it out the uglier it gets. All the factors you mentioned and also the huge overhang of lawsuits make this one a possible never cover. We'll see. Have you checked out CYSP. Company gushes red ink, has an inferior product, not to mention its competitors (ie Amazon, Wal-Mart, and any other retailer who can learn HTML). Haven't shorted yet, but will definitely be there when the momentum starts to fade.
