ENCD looks like an ideal candidate for a share repurchase plan. Such a plan would show the confidence management has in the future for their company. Selling below book value, I'm surprised we haven't seen any insider buying as well. It could be a great buy DOC but management should confirm that thought for us at these far from lofty levels:
