don,

I've been away for the last two weeks so while I've tried to keep up with the SI boards, I'm just getting around to Ragging Bull. Do you know if MS has responded to this e-mail yet?

Dear Mr. Shepphard,

First of all thank you for taking time out of your day to answer questions. Please find below a list of questions that I hope you will answer. Note that these are questions and not accusations or facts. I look forward to your answers as well as the others on SI and RB, who anxiously await your response.

1. You recently told some investors that you have filed with the SEC to become a reporting company. Is this true?

If so, why did you elect not to inform the public of this great accomplishment by way of a Press Release?

2. The IDB acquisition expired in June 30, 1998. However in August you was quoted answering a question regarding the IDB acquistion as saying, "NOTHING, THIS HAS BEEN A VERY DETAILED TARGET". If the deal expired already how would you explain your response?

3. Has FNTN dealt with, paid or otherwise compensated TechnoWiz, author of Financial Intelligence newsletter highlighting FNTN and posted on Silicon Investor, on a business level such as hiring to write Press Releases and/or promoting the stock? Note: This is a question not an accusation.

4. Has FNTN hired, or paid fees to, any person(s) or firms to promote FNTN stock? If so, is this company based out of Texas?

5. According to your web site you have a strategic partnership with WorldComm. Is there any truth to the rumour that Worldcomm has broken
this partnership or the level of the partnership is not what it once was?

6. Also on your web site you list S&P Comstock as a strategic partner. What in this relationship denotes a strategic partnering? Or you just purchasing services from them or is there a reciprical compensation other than listing as buying their services?

7. Is the level of the Siemens partnership the same now as it was before the re-org within Siemens? Do you still have Siemens personell
and resources on site? Are these on a contract basis or are they providing those free of charge?

8. To your knowledge, is Barry Stein affiliated with Empire Financial as employee?

9. Is Barry Stein trading through Empire against the public. (IE. Has he sold shares filed in the 144 through Empire?) This question is mainly directed to him. If you could ask him and speak on his behalf.

10. You've stated that you sold some shares. Any reason Form 4's were not filed?

11. Does FNTN have a marketable product today? Is this product proprietary? Is this product offering unlike any other avaiable through another company?

12. You recently reported ~12 million shares in the float. Can you tell the number of shares a) oustanding b) authorized.

Thank you again for taking the time to answer these questions.

Best Regards
