E.M., just to let you know, Taylor works at ProNetLink. I am really not sure of her capacity there, although, I am under the assumption that it is Administrative Assistant in nature. Tess is Glenn Zagorens' Administrative Assistant at Zagoren-Zagorra. The two companies are different. Zagoren-Zazorra does the marketing for ProNetLink. In my own opinion, they are both great companies, and have handled business very professionally.
