I hope you don't mind my asking for information here.... I am wondering if any of the people reading this thread have had experience with the arbitration process. I am currently determining the full extent of the abuses that a broker has done to my account....including, trading options without my knowledge, sending me fraudulent statements so that none of this activity was apparent to me, transferring money to other accounts that are not mine, etc. As it stands now, my account has been "frozen" while the brokerage investigates the activity......the balance is almost depleted.....the broker either lost or absconded with the money, and the firm has not yet replenished my account (it has only been a few days, but none of this activity was authorized by me)....Any chance any of your readers could let me know what to expect? They have led me to believe that it might not be figured out for a few months.....can they do this?

Thanks, JE
