I don't know if Maury is continuing to deal with margin calls. It seems unlikely, given the general uptrend in the market in the last few weeks. However, it's pretty clear he's sold a huge amount of stock already. At the very least, we need to stop the company from giving him cheap stock since he's shown he can't be trusted with it.

Do I think his selling is the primary drag on CHMD? Absolutely. It's as obvious as anything can be.

What will move the stock? (1) Replace Maury with someone of better self-control or barring that, restrict his activities with cheap stock. (2) Continue to grow CHMD -- execute, execute, execute. They need to come through and realize their potential.

Upshot is that I'm not looking for any big moves in the stock soon, unless something happens to indicate (1) is being satisfied.
