Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. Receives $5.4 Million Order From RecOil

CHARLESTON S.C., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Oasis Environmental Inc today announced that it had received a firm order on Dec. 31, 1996 for three Model 600 EnviroEconomics(TM) processing units from RecOil, Inc. The company reported that it has received the initial deposit on the $1.8 million purchase price of the first unit, which is scheduled to be delivered in April, 1997. The remaining two units are scheduled to be delivered in August and November of 1997.

The order by RecOil, Inc., is subject to adjustment to purchase Model 800 or Model 1000 processing units when Green Oasis completes its development scaleup work on those larger models.

William D. Carraway, president, stated that "This major order is especially important to us not only because it validates our agreement with RecOil, but also because it reflects RecOil's confidence in the EnviroEconomics(TM) process and its economics. While they were only required to purchase three Model 400 units to maintain their exclusive development rights to the states of Michigan, Indiana and Illinois, the decision to migrate to larger units, when available, demonstrates recognition of the validity and profitability of Green Oasis' EnviroEconomics(TM) process."

Green Oasis Environmental, Inc.'s patent pending process produces synthetic fuels from waste motor oil in a closed cycle, one-step process. The company manufactures equipment for its own facility as well as markets to others. SOURCE Green Oasis Environmental, Inc.
