FWIW I dont believe there is such a thing as this that you are implying. If you go to SI with "Does this violate terms" you know dang well they are going to reprimand the person because that is the way they operate.... they try to satisfy their clientele. Furthermore, if you look at Who,Mes posts her statement "Lets let Jill Decide" etc. implies she thinks Im going to somehow get reprimanded etc. So no pleading innocence I say. The best you can hope for is what happened to me. This is where SI looks and sees there are 2 parties involved, in this case myself and Who,Me, and tells each of us to knock it off, and tells each of us that if the other one does it again to report it. This is what I consider a failure btw, I dont think people ask SI whether something violates a terms of use actually thinking that they themselves are going to get a warning.
OK fine however I can see that you dont think its too cool so thats ok by me. I will remove you from the penalty box. But, my initial complaints about the 4 of you: JLA, Vaughn, Who,Me and Dwight, that is the correct list as far as I know, you are the only ones that have reported misc behavior to the SI police on this an opinion thread. |
