Yes, I understand that some sort or reorganization of ICH is taking place but I am thinking that it will remain a mortgage REIT, and by definition REITs must have a 95% payout. How long it will take to return to a money maker I don't know. Do you think that perhaps ICH will be reformed into something other than a mortgage REIT? Charlie
