I have no idea what may be the value of DGIV and neither does any one else until it becomes operational and reports earnings. I am just working off gut feel and a steady stock price. I have nothing tangible to hang my hat on, but I keep thinking about those announced MOUs.
Also, if Jimmy were out of the hunt then his stock would not have rebounded from 7/16 to current levels and then held steady. Maybe I am reading too much into this. Maybe I am off the track. If it were not for the MOUs then I would probably be gone.
Also, this IP Telephony is a hot area and, according to many, the wave of the future. I realize that just b/c something is cheap does not mean that it is a buy. Buggies were probably pretty cheap in 1920. But the auto was the future. But you still had to be in the right company b/c some went broke.
So I like the sector, I like Chinese Jimmy dealing in Asia, I like the plan to take cheap,high tech phone service to the masses( and Asia has masses), I like the fact that Jimmy is a "card carrying" workaholic, I like the MOUs, I like what I understand to be the DGIV technology, and I like the wait and see action of the stock. A few weeks ago I added stock at 7/16 and lowered my cost to $2.93.
Also, it is like Jimmy has pointed out before that it takes time to build an international phone company. Finally, it is my impression that Jimmy is sincere, and I don't think he is a scam. So I am hanging in to see what happens. That is about all I can tell you.
