Bill: The S&P Futures are down now... If we get a breather in the market it will strengthen the case for a rate cut... I'm expecting some Greenspeak that might create some doubt about a rate cut... This should move the market down enough for the FED to come to the rescue again... The real target of the FED rate cuts is financial market liquidity... That area is still not out of the woods... Jim
