The problem I have with that Marty is ,as I have mentioned before, a Demo that I vote against every two years [ unfortunately SOB keeps winning ] Now I'm faced with a conflict.Point being there are other issues that we may deem important. What ever I think for all practical purposes you are right this will be a referendum on Clinton. He knows it too. I do suspect though, it will be inconclusive. pez
