I read in Computer reseller News yest about some US distributor that was caught remarking 100-133 pentiums as 166 and selling them as such. This was rumored to be occuring about 1 year ago - and intel has since changed the CPU so that it will not run outside its designated frequency (at least not much outside). To my knowledge this is the first big case that is is made public.
