Premier was not "delisted" as you state. Trading was suspended for reasons having nothing to do with Pluvia's misrepresentations about the company. The suspension related to the resignation of Premier's accountants and therefore its inability to file financials until new accountants were engaged. That's what it was about. Once financials were filed, the suspension was lifted.

Pluvia's ridiculous personal attacks on me are really childish. Yes I am overweight at 225 when I ought to be 190. I do intend to address that problem seriously next year. I do not drink other than a couple of glasses of wine when I'm out for dinner. For background on the brouhaha between me and Pluvia, check wbn.com:8080/Generalinfo/rules.html

Keep in mind that in attacking Premier in the summer of 1997, Pluvia's motives were revealed to be those of a distributor of a competitive product attempting to knock the products of Premier. Pluvia was representing himself falsely as an investor. That's fraud in my book.
