Friends, we could be rocking and rolling today at BNEZ. Check this out. Taken off Yahoo.

On Friday afternoon , a New Mexico judge denied AOL a summary judgement
against a small software company , BNEZ , that is suing AOL for
undisclosed damages to its stock price due to misquoted stock prices
that remained misquoted for over a week , even though AOL knew
about the problem. The judge granted BNEZ's lawyers limited discovery
into AOL's very secretive inner workings. This is a precadent setting
case, and may determine how much liablilty AOL and the other ISP's have
in the information they provide. Hopefully , AOL will settle this
lawsuit out of court and as quickly as possible , to keep all of the
negative press from tanking AOL's very expensive stock price, and
opening itself up to hundreds of similar lawsuits in the near future.
Will be looking for some major news coverage of this situation to hit
the wires
early Monday morning.
