" KG just curious how you came up with this pretty exact look figure." Coming up with the figure was nothing elaborate Jim. It 's just a matter of dividing 10,000,000 shares by 114,000,000 shares (equals .087719) and realizing that GE probably did some rounding in their filing. How people are coming up with the 166 million shares (and trying to cause dilution fears) is what makes me curious. Kool Guy
