Patrice,
When they close the deals and get the cash, the best long term affect is that it will reduce debt and the cost of borrowing which should positively affect the bottom line. Also gives them cash that could be used to fund more acquisitions in lieu of debt reduction. Future acquisiton could be accretive to earnings. If there is a one time gain on the sale, it is one time and will not be a factor. Also, there is the value of the potential liabiltiy reduction that comes with closing on the nuclear deal. Of course, IMHO.
