Zeev, I do hope that the board of IELSF have not sunk to the level of the board of Thermo Tech. My understanding of that situation is that the president of Thermo Tech is working hand in glove with the bandits. I don't know if you remember TTRIF when it traded on the VSE, but it was discovered they were using a rich widow's millions to artificially inflate the share price. She sued and I believe the brokerage firm RBC Dominion had to cover her losses. Why the SEC and NASDAQ ever allowed that company to trade in the US is a scandal. In the case of TTRIF, the dissident US shareholders should be suing the US government for negligence. purething
