Bruce, I have a gnawing feeling that the promoters of the tactic (get your certificates) are the shorts themselves. When you have certificates in a safe, you would be less inclined to use a small rally to trade in and out of a stock. This way, they freeze out a portion of the players, and get these short term rallies into which they short, without the rest of us trying to come on board (and sell before they do). The RMIL case and CTYS cases showed how futile this exercise is. I should mention, however, that to the best of my knowledge, GPGI does not have a floorless in place. Zeev
