Barbara, This has happened to me... BUT, (please don't get upset with me... there is a good lesson here) I IMMEDIATELY noticed it and retraced my steps. Online trading is a wonderful thing... the GREAT thing about it (And, I too use NDB) is you can see IMMEDIATELY what has happened. I HATE those mailed transaction notices because they take too long to get to me. Next time (since YOU control your own destiny), IMMEDIATELY check your transactions... check your account worth ONLINE, check your transcations ONLINE, don't wait for the paper to arrive! AND lastly, if you believe in DCTC (or any other stock), buy back in at the current price (watch it cause it does fluctuate during the day!). Mitch
