Barbara, when the trade was executed normally the broker CONFIRMS the trade. Was there a confirmation? I ask because you say this was a surprise a day or so later, rather than a surprise upon getting the same-day confirmation. You may have done it right and "they" blew it. Does you browser maintain "temporary" screen shots that while OFF-LINE you could go through and actually see your order screen? Look under the /WINDOWS/TEMPORARY directory or use a history feature. be OFF-LINE before doing this. You must tell broker A.S.A.P. if there was an error that wasn't yours. Colin
