In no way did I intend to come across as testy, or sounding
like a rattlesnake. I value your posts to this thread.

I was saying that the stock market is populated by many
instances where cost+(investor return) does not get one close
to stock market price, or buyout price.

Walter,
This is simply a free exchange of differing views. Certainly this
is what we all want.
