Datek: sack those responsible for your web/database service! And invest some money in making your service accessible 24x7! The "temporarily unavailable" message one gets constantly is not just frustrating, but is a mockery! I could tolerate it when it happens when the market is closed, but not during business hours!!!
Other companies successfully keep their web services available virtually constantly, why are you totally unable to do the same??? Don't give us the crap about trying other servers - your customers shouldn't have to keep track of which servers are up and running - and when every server gives the "application server unavailable" - well...
It's a real, real pity - in every other respect I've been 100% satisfied with you: trades (when the server is available...), funds transfers etc. However you don't seem to have gotten a grip on the technical side. It's *not* impossible to achieve a decent service, I run a 24x7 shop myself (clustered Unix servers running Oracle: a few databases, up to 3.5GB of memory in each machine, a few hundred GB two/three-way mirrored disks, hundreds of concurrent users), so I think I'm qualified to mention this to you and to be extremely dissatisfied with what I see...
