Solid Play, This is Bomax's third attempt at a private placement in the last 12 months. The last two times they were also suppose to be no problem but did not go through. I don't want to be negative as I am shareholder, but at the same time, I have to look at facts. The opportunity cost for holding this stock has been too high. I don't want to sit around while the shareholders see no results. I agree with your points, but I also want to be sure there is some money in the piggy bank with which to promote the stock. They should also be using this quite period to focus roles. They don't even have anybody in the office when the market opens! This is what I forsee: 1) Price must move up to ensure the private placement. He will probably need an extention from the VSE to do this. 2) The general meeting will be delayed till mid Feb. I havn't even received my shareholder package yet. I think the proxies have to be out 3 weeks in advance. 3) I hope we see an announcement on the cut and polish deal next week. He will need this to move the price for the private placement. 4) Promotional packages will take at least a month to develop and print. You are looking at end of march. Can we wait till April/May for people to start noticing this story? Are we still going to have a good market at that time? I don't know, and nobody does. Thus, he needs to act now. He must move the price up on anticipation. Nobody even noticed the suriname deal. Price has fallen 33% since than. They need to focus roles. Who is telling the story and to whom?? I hope you will call Jim to verify current status. We have to let him know that the shareholders are not happy. I have been a loyal shareholder for almost 2 years. It is time to stir things up.
