Hi Gilles, Adamas Resources President has been traviling through out Africa and Nevada on bringing in some substantial gold mining concessions into the company. There as been alot of placing of different director's that are coming on board a few with substantial merits. Alot of companies are sometimes late in their filings do to the people they hire to do the work, A.M.S has already finished and will submit them in a few days. Anyway keep a close watch on A.M.S over the coming months . Scott.
