Got through to Tom at 11am he said audit was completed and sent to guy in Chicago on Thursday. He said he has cut back staff. He said he is paying current bills at this time. He said the bank could force him to close the doors at any time they want. In the last month several people have visited and contacted him concerning company. No concrete deals are currently in the works. People have been contacting ever since they were forced into chapter 11. Most are just bottom fishing for a listed company. He said the audit for the NOL (net operating loss)will not be published it is just for prospective buyers eyes.
