Dave,

I am sometimes also be able to execute limit buy orders between bid
and ask. But very often, after my orders were executed, the bid and
ask lowered within 5 seconds. Therefore, I am not sure whether
my order got executed because of the lowered ask or because of
DATEK's superior system. What's your opinion?

NASD is introducing some changes (see yesterday's WSJ article). One
rule will make it easy for the small investors to buy/sell between bid
and ask. I wonder whether we through Datek will benefit from the rule.
Maybe someone from Datek can explain.

I am also waiting to be able to place NYSE limit order. Without it,
I'd like to pay $20 to other brokers to carry out my order (as
the $ lost on a bad execution is much larger than $10 saved on commission).

I have proposed to add display of major indicies to Datek's
Quotes/Order page but got no answer from Peter. I am very disappointed
by his arrogance.

John
