That gap doesn't have to be filled, becuase of the volume that created it. It would require a good deal of volume to fill in a gap created by a lot of volume. The kind of volume required to fill it isn't likely IMHO, given that we can safely assume based on the "top pick" article that at least one institution has a LARGE coms holding and won't want to take a loss on it.
