Dear Jim: Here is my concern. I dont think most people know much about the guts of a computer. I think they go with Brand Names or Price. Forget price as I am not interested in having a lot of losing revenue so that leaves us with Brand Names. I saw HP, CPQ both with K-6 chips. If you read the features like HD, DRAM, Modem speed etc etc they all sound great. How does INTC distinguish itself in the retail market. The old slogan "Intel Inside" doesnt seem to be doing it anymore. JDN ps: IF intel chips are better for game playing or more reliable I think they need to work harder on getting that point across.
