A quick review of the Quality homepage makes it appear like there is some potential here, maybe a "double" but not any "homerun potential".

If they can consolidate production into existing IDTI facilities, to better utilize existing IDTI fab capacity and lower the cost of both companies (by shutting down excess/duplicate operations at Quality), and then take advantage of some net new design potential that Quality has been investing in, then maybe if the market for network products resumes there could be some incremental benefit?

We certainly need more creativity by IDTI management to enhance their future, this approach may be helpful but does not seem to be a solid recovery plan in itself.

In the meantime, I suspect the stock will sink some because of this.
