Steve, So we got a new "gap rule". The higher the volume on the day of the gap, the less likely to fill the gap, because more volume is needed to do so. (I still would like to know why, because many times gaps are filled with low volume) You're probably right, high volume days after anything is usually a confirmation of the event. But, I can think of one exception for COMS. Back in end of June and early July. That should ring a bell, but I have I think I have a pretty good reason why the exception was broken then.
