Gang, I heard one PDVSA Executive speak last friday at a private energy company meeting. And he said that Venezuela projects oil prices to be flat through 1999 and to begin to recover in 2000.... Also anyone following the Minnesota Governor's race???? It's the most fascinating race in the 1998 Elections IMO. Former WWF Wrestler Jesse "The Body" Ventura now has 27% support in the latest poll- up from 2% just two months ago! His campaign motto is: "A vote for Jesse Ventura- is a vote for Jesse Ventura!"
