So, the company is packing up its corporate bags and leaving. 5:1 share consolidation. Are they hoping they are able to get more attention on a different exchange? I don't know of many companies whose G & A is double its revenue. I thought our underwriters down here would be more savvy than on the VSE. Is it Delaware for dummies? Are they going to argue that the market value of the assets truly reflects their value or is the $61 million on the balance sheet the right number? Are they trying to avoid future taxes by leaving now? How's the well going? Did we hit? What happened to Busby's 5 million shares? The number of non-arms length deals is not a good sign but I just don't have the time to get into it. I'll continue to follow this.
