Today is the Day to Decide... ipocentral.com today we are TSNG tomorrow we are sleeping, and Wednesday we will be 1/3 of a CLPA share after it IPO's in the teens. I'm trying to find out from the underwriters how well subscribed those share of CLPA will be to get a feel for it's opening price. That is why TSNG is going wild today. If CLPA's $15 then TSNG's only worth $5, but if we hit a home run and get into the $20's, then TSNG is worth much more. Either way Phase-III will end early '99, and at this late phase, approval is highly likely, though the drugs application may still be confusing. I'll share my under- writer gossip as much as I'm allowed to do. I'm not a securities proffessional, but don't want to get any of them I know in trouble for sharing, just stay tuned for a note before 4pm EST. P.S. those 3 Tseng's that had to dump their shares at $1.50 back in December'97 must be crying. serves them right for screwing so many shareholders during their tenure.
