i also do p&f and agree with your figures as far as where this stock is. on the other hand there is tax selling going on and the stock seems to be holding steady on larger than usual volume. this looks to me like accumulation by people like myself who think this stock is worth at least book value of $3.29. i expect hipc to be over book in the first quarter of next year.time will tell
