Barbara,

I believe they underwent a 1:3 reverse stock split. BFTK is their new ticker symbol. The deal with IMM fell through at least temporarily, something to do with Canadian rules requiring a year waiting period following any acquisitions prior to doing any new re-organizations. I believe IMM had an acquisition in the past 6-8 months.
