I wish you luck with your investments, and I am sad you have left your DGIV investment.

There is the generalized opinion that DGIV is in the VOiP business. I'd like to refine this to the following concept: DGIV is in the business of transfering operational VOiP know-how to established telco's.

This is why we are waiting for MOU's to be transformed into contracts.

DGIV, as far as I know is not in the "free for all" part of the VOiP market (gazillions of ISP's offering VOiP). DGIV tries to establish contact with state telco monopolies and help them modernize.

State telco monopolies might be technically outdated and old fashioned and even useless for their potential clients but they are still monopolies, and governments know they are valuable.

Brazil sold, three months ago, it's state telco monopoly "Telebras" for 19 billion U$S. One thing I am sure of is that no ISP (or whomever) will legally be permitted to do VOiP. The Co.'s that paid up, just paid to much to permit that.

There are lots and lots of countries where DGIV can do business.
